How it runs
One action creates the event, its form set and its catalogue. Dates, venue, halls and reminder schedule are configured once.
Exhibitors, contractors and staff get a tracked link to their own portal. No account creation, no password reset queue.
Submissions land in one queue with insurance, WHS and accreditation checked against the event dates. Approve, or request changes with a reason.
