Sponsors buy their own lead scanner.
Exhibitors and sponsors buy a scanner for your event straight from AdmitMe. They pay, they activate their phones in AdmitMe Capture, and they start scanning. You do not pay for it, and you do not resell it.

Prices
Sponsors pay in the event's local currency.
Each event sells in the currency of its country. A sponsor sees the price in that currency on the buy link, and pays in it.

Prices are one-off, per event. Events in other countries pay in US dollars. The organiser can change the event's currency until the first sponsor buys. After that it is fixed, and each sponsor stays in the currency they first paid in when they add devices.
How it works
One link from you. The sponsor does the rest.
You share one link
You switch sales on for your event from its page in the AdmitMe console, one event at a time, and can close them again. You send the event's buy link to your exhibitors and sponsors.
They pay on the link
Card on Stripe, in the event's local currency. Payment issues an activation link and a QR code for the stand.
Each device activates
Open the link or scan the QR on each phone, in AdmitMe Capture. Sponsors can add devices, or revoke one, themselves.
The scanner
AdmitMe Capture, on the phone they already carry.
Capture is a web app. Add it to the home screen if you like. There is no store download.
- Scan an attendee badge or ticket.
- Mark the lead hot, warm or cold, and add a note.
- Every lead records who scanned it.
- Keeps working with no signal, and syncs when the connection returns.
- Exhibitors see only their own leads.
Organisers
Want this for your event?
Sales are off until you switch them on. Open your event in the AdmitMe console, find the Sponsor lead scanner card and choose Open sales. The buy link to send to your sponsors and exhibitors is on the same card. Close sales there any time: sponsors who already bought keep their devices.
Owners can also manage all of this from the new Sponsors area in the AdmitMe console: sales for each event, the event's currency and the buy link.

The things people ask first.
Who pays for the scanners?
The exhibitor or sponsor who wants one. They buy it from AdmitMe, on our own Stripe account. Nothing goes through your ticket checkout, and organisers do not pay for scanners or resell them.
What does each price cover?
The first price in the table covers the first device for one event. The second is for each extra device for the same event. Prices are one-off, in the event's local currency. Australian prices include GST. The others exclude tax.
Which currency do sponsors pay in?
The event's local currency, set from the event's country. Events in other countries pay in US dollars. The organiser can change the currency until the first sponsor buys, and after that it is fixed. A sponsor stays in the currency they first paid in when they add devices.
Can a sponsor add or remove devices later?
Yes. They can add devices from their own page, and revoke a device that is lost or no longer needed. Revoking frees the place for another phone.
Is there an app to download?
No. AdmitMe Capture is a web app. It runs in the browser, you can add it to the home screen, and it keeps working offline.
What do organisers get?
Your own lead reporting and export stay included on every plan. They do not depend on which stands buy a scanner.
How do we switch sales on?
Open the event in the AdmitMe console, find the Sponsor lead scanner card and choose Open sales. You switch sales on one event at a time, and close them from the same card. Owners can also do it from the new Sponsors area in the console, along with the event's currency. Anything else, ask us.
