Card processing is separate and always yours. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to card payments on every plan, and are charged by Stripe to your own connected account. We never hold your funds, so there is no payout delay and no reserve.

Included

The platform, on every plan.

Ticketing, inductions and exhibitor management are not separate SKUs. The difference between plans is scale, branding and support — not which half of the product you get. The two exceptions are the things with a real marginal cost: per-exhibitor lead licences, and anything that needs hardware on your site.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do you hold our ticket money?

No. Payments run through Stripe Connect to an account in your name. Buyers pay you; we are not in the flow of funds, which means no payout schedule, no reserve and no platform holding your revenue until after the event.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

The trial does not require a card. We warn you at three days and again at one day before it ends. If you do not continue, nothing is charged and your data stays available for export.

Is Basic really cheaper than Professional?

Only at low ticket volume. At 3% + 50c, Basic overtakes Professional's $146 monthly difference at roughly 100 tickets a month on a $45 ticket. If you sell more than that with any regularity, Professional is cheaper — tell us your numbers and we will say so plainly.

Can we use inductions without ticketing?

Yes. Plenty of clients run the induction and exhibitor modules for events where ticketing sits elsewhere, or where there is no public ticket at all — closed trade shows, build sites, council venue hire.

Why is lead capture priced separately?

Because the people who get the value are the exhibitors, not you. Lead capture is licensed per exhibitor as an add-on, priced on request, so the cost sits with the stand holder chasing pipeline rather than on your event budget. Many organisers resell it inside a stand package and keep the margin. Your own lead reporting and full export across every stand are part of the platform on all plans. More on lead capture.

What does palm vein access actually cost?

It depends entirely on your site — how many zones you need controlled, peak throughput at each, how many enrolment stations, and whether payments and loyalty are in scope. It is an Enterprise capability, surveyed and installed by Artefact Group against your site plan, so it is quoted rather than listed. Badge and name tag printing, and zone rules on printed badges, need none of that. More on access and identity.

How does the CrowdSense integration work commercially?

CrowdSense is licensed separately, through crowdsense.events. Joint deployments are scoped by Artefact Group, who engineer both platforms. You do not need CrowdSense to use AdmitMe, and the reverse is also true — but the two are designed to be deployed together. Read the integration brief.

Where is our data, and who can see it?

Attendee and exhibitor data belongs to you. We do not sell it, resell it, or use one client's data to market to another. Access is role-based and enforced at the database layer, and exhibitors and contractors reach only their own records through scoped portal links.

Can we migrate an event that is already on sale?

Usually, yes — it depends on your current provider and how far through the on-sale you are. Send us the details and we will tell you whether it is worth doing mid-cycle or better done at your next on-sale.

Start with one event.

Fourteen days, no card. If it does not fit how you work, we would rather you found out for free.
