Against the site plan, not a guess.
Delivery windows sit against the same event dates and bump-in schedule as everything else on the record — so a supplier confirms a slot that actually fits the loading-dock timetable, instead of turning up whenever the truck is free.
- Windows, not just dates. A delivery slot is a time range against the bump-in schedule, set once and visible to everyone who needs it.
- Visible to the organiser. A floor manager can see every supplier's delivery window in one list, not a dozen separate confirmations.
- Reassigned when plans change. A delayed delivery updates in one place rather than needing a phone call to everyone downstream.
Equipment custody
Aura holds the asset record.
Equipment that gets hired, deployed and returned — trestle tables, AV gear, palm vein readers, signage frames — needs a custody trail of its own. Supplier Operations hands that off to Aura, Artefact Group's asset-management platform, rather than reinventing it.
Bookings and custody
